  1. Just want to say to all the Australian coeliacs, oats contain a protein similar to gluten so you could get sick on them too. The best test is to get a blood test as a control, eat oats produced in a gluten free environment every day for 6 months, then get another blood test. There are other tests that are shorter but they aren't that good. So make sure you get tested before you eat them because you could be asymptomatic, but still have them affect you.

  2. I HAVE QUESTION how the with celiac desiase sick people can eat a whipped cream becouse I asked it to my girlfriend and she replayed that she can't eat whipped cream.
