  5. I got a calculation of 30 grams or 1.06 oz of carbs; 63 grams or 2.22 oz of protein, and 99 grams or 3.49 oz of fat. Does that sound right? That is not a lot of food. But I have found that eating too much protein takes me out of ketosis. I really need to get on a proper macros ratio to help me recover. Thanks!
